It’s our birthday!

It's 17 years since we opened the doors in May 2001!

It’s been a joyful journey – with some fantastic achievements not to mention challenges we’ve overcome.

When Plum Personnel Ltd was first set up by Directors Susie Ankrett and Julie Whitehouse – they had no previous experience in running a business, no clients and no candidates! 

What they did share was a passion (some would say an obsession) for customer service and building a solid business that would serve the people and business in Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire with first class recruitment solutions.

Since those early days the business has grown and it’s a good time to reflect on how we arrived here, celebrate and look forward to a bright future.
