Audit Success for Plum Personnel

Plum Personnel’s 100% Audit Success

Plum Personnel, the leading recruitment experts in Solihull, has once again achieved 100% for the third consecutive year running in the external audit for their work with the NHS carried out by Neuven.

For nearly a decade, the independent recruitment and employment business has been approved to supply the NHS with non-medical staff in office-based roles across a range of professional disciplines from senior to junior levels.

Susie Ankrett, Director commented, “This is another fantastic achievement for the team. It’s of the upmost importance to us that we maintain our first-class reputation for providing a quality service that can be trusted. We’re so very proud to be the only local independent recruitment consultancy approved by Health Trust Europe Framework and to achieve the highest score possible.”

Vanessa Brooman (pictured) the Branch Administrator said, “We take our responsibility for compliance very seriously. Our focus is to deliver our recruitment services to the highest standards. We take great pride in the work we do with the NHS and adopt the same rigorous standards of compliance and quality in all our recruitment processes. We’re delighted that we have once again been formally recognised.”

The audit focused on Plum Personnel’s stringent vetting and employment checks for the recruitment of experienced staff to NHS organisations throughout the West Midlands.

Recruitment Consultant, Lindsey Atkins, FIRP CertREC, heads up the Temporary Division at Plum Personnel, said, “It’s important that we can give both our clients and candidates alike complete peace of mind and this truly demonstrates our commitment to achieve the standards set.”
