Plum Personnel Ltd has been shortlisted for the prestigious Solihull Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in recognition of their innovative approach to help individuals enhance their employability skills.
Based in Solihull town centre, the independent recruitment company established in 2001 is a finalist in the ‘Best use of Innovation’ category for their online Learning Zone area which offers free training and coaching to job seekers wishing to enhance their skills.
Director Susie Ankrett explained, “We know from local business leaders talent shortages are something they struggle with across all sectors. We wanted to create a bridge between helping employers benefit from an untapped pool of talent and to support individuals develop their skills to assist in their quest for employment.”

Plum Personnel will be up against rivals from a range of organisations and the winners will be announced at the Awards Lunch on Friday 8 October at Birmingham Airport’s Holiday Inn.
