Plum Personnel on new NHS Framework

Leading local recruitment company Plum Personnel based in Solihull Town Centre has once again been awarded a place on the Total Workforce Solutions 2016 Framework to provide recruitment services to the NHS.

This means that Plum Personnel will be supporting local NHS Trusts with their recruitment needs for non-medical staff from senior to junior levels in the Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire areas.

Since 2012, Plum Personnel has successfully worked closely with NHS Trusts across the West Midlands and have built an enviable reputation for providing services underpinned by their commitment to compliance, quality, integrity and value based recruitment.

Director Susie Ankrett said, “We pride ourselves on understanding the unique pressures and challenges of recruitment within the NHS and are totally dedicated to giving value for money, quality candidates and exceptional customer care.”

Following a rigorous tender and evaluation process Plum Personnel is one of a select number of agencies to be awarded the National Framework Agreement.  During the selection process, Plum Personnel was assessed on its capability to meet NHS standards.

Julie Whitehouse, a Director at Plum Personnel explained, “We had to show not only our capacity to deliver but we have also had to meet stringent quality standards.  The enhanced independent auditing process far exceeds basic NHS Employment Check Standards to ensure rigorous due diligence giving NHS Trusts peace of mind.”

The contract will run for a period of 2-years, with a possible extension of a further 12 months.

The Framework covers roles from senior to junior levels including administration, management, projects and human resources and provides the NHS with a cost effective solution to recruit talented people for office based permanent, contract and temporary roles.

Susie attributes Plum Personnel’s achievement to the team’s dedication to provide a consistently high level of service and their total commitment to high standards of recruitment.

“Being approved under the Framework means that Plum Personnel has been hand-picked and our success in being awarded approval is a terrific accolade. We are delighted and very proud to continue our work with the NHS.” commented Susie.
