Early in the New Year, people often think about changing jobs, so employers are urged to think carefully about how they can retain existing capabilities and find the new hires they need. The survey data can really help inform and shape future recruitment strategy.
In a nutshell the Report shows that the competition for talented people intensifies and in particular -
Whilst some employers as a response to candidate shortages are offering increased starting salaries to attract staff it isn’t translating into significant wage growth across the economy yet.
