Warranty Claims Handler - Part time

Fabulous global company require a part time Warranty Claims Handler for a 12month Maternity cover contract.

Flexibility around day/hours worked
20 - 24 hours to suit
You can work from home after system training or hybrid working if preferred

This is a very varied role where you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims whilst assisting the Warranty and Contracts Manager. Working within a friendly and inclusive team, you will be:

*Receiving and inputting vehicle Warranty Claims onto system
*Processing by following guidelines through to completion
*Working within agreed Service Levels

We are seeking:
*Someone who has excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work autonomously
*A great communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
*Someone who sees the bigger picture and is empathetic to any previous claims.

The role would ideally suit someone with Warranty Claims experience, although it's not essential. If you have strong admin skills and possibly come from an automotive or Claims background, please respond ASAP.
