We're seeking a Team Manager with a breadth and depth of experience in lead generation, customer development - a true people manager and sales support professional.

In a nutshell the focus on the role is leading a team and providing lead generation and sales data to drive increased sales for the business. You will also have a wealth of experience in leading, coaching and developing an experienced team of professionals.

Based in an outstanding office environment we're seeking a Team Manager with first class skills and experience in -

- managing an office based Lead Generation team who are supporting a field based sales team
- using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) to provide information to the Sales teams

This is a new role in a forward looking organisations with a passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet. We're seeking an experienced, energetic, focussed and ambitious individual to lead a team of 5.

Your CV will clearly show your abilities and experience of using and maintaining the CRM tool maximising opportunities in the sales pipeline and you will be someone who has worked in a similar role where the sales process involves multi-channel influencers and ideally gained experience from working in the construction sector.

Your role will also involve

-supporting the Sales Account Managers
-managing smaller projects through to order
-sending customer pricing quotes
-helping ensure the sales pipeline is correct and up to date

You will have a breadth of experience and abilities working in a 'multi-stakeholder' B-2-B multi-influencer sales and be able to clearly and confidently show your achievements.

No doubt you will be renowned for your strong analytical skills and ability to work at a pace, to targets and deadlines.
