Support Controller
Wellingborough
Salary £30,000-£35,000 + bonus + parking + excellent benefits
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 4.30PM
We are seeking a talented individual who has experience working with the automotive/transport industry. We require someone with both technical and administrative experience to support the team on site with the processes for wholesale and retail sales. You will be working for a global company that offers career progression and personal development.
As a Support Controller (Technical) you will be responsible for:-
*Checking all incoming stock vehicles are managed through the returns process
*Inspecting all incoming stock and preparing ready for re-sale
*Ensuring vehicles that have been on contract have been maintained and re-charging client should this not of been done
*Instructing vehicle preparation through the workshops in accordance with the demands of the new owner
*Monitoring progress of vehicles within the workshop and tracking these daily on excel.
We are seeking people who:-
*Have worked within a similar environment previously, technical/administration
*Hold an Engineering qualification (HNC Level or equivalent) and have knowledge of processes and practices within a workshop
