We are working with a well- respected, prestigious global company who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who will be responsible for the billing element of their service.

You will be working with a range of stakeholders within the business as well as the clients, therefore great communication skills and excellent Customer Service skills are essential.

The role will involve:

*Delivering exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders
*Managing the billing system, ensuring accurate billing to the client first time.
by utilising and manipulating Excel spreadsheets.
*Liaising with all stakeholders within the business and external clients.
*Contributing to and making suggestions towards continuous improvement of both processes and Customer service.


The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment and will have:

*Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate information, use of pivot table and VLook Ups.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise issues
*You will be used to working in a high volume, process and quality driven environment
*A great communicator at every level with excellent written and verbal skills
