Based in an outstanding office environment we're seeking a Sales Force Super-User Sales Manager with first class skills in leading and motivating a team.

This is a new role in a forward looking organisations with a passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet. We're seeking an experienced, energetic, focussed and ambitious Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 Customer Developers.

Your CV will clearly show your abilities and experience of using and maintaining the CRM tool maximising opportunities in the sales pipeline. No doubt you'll be a SalesForce Super User.

You will have a breadth of experience and abilities working in a 'multi-stakeholder' B-2-B sales environment and be able to clearly show your achievements in -

* Setting clearly defined objectives
* Planning activities and projects
* Analysing numerical data
* Effective leading and coaching
* Well versed in a multi-influencer B2B sales environment

No doubt you will be renowned for your strong analytical skills and ability to to work at a pace, to targets and deadlines. You will be confident in -

- managing lead generation and new business development activities
- leading and supporting your team to ensure Key Performance Indicators and sales are achieved
- supporting Account Managers and help manage smaller projects ... and so much more!
