Office and home based/remote working

We are delighted to be representing a client seeking a first-class full-time Administrator who will be working in the office and from home to offer support to a friendly team of office professionals.

The day-to-day administrative duties will need you to have some office based administration duties and if you've worked in HR / recruitment - that would be a distinct advantage.

You will be working with the friendliest team of hard-working administrators, PAs and with the receptionist.

There's a lot to do!

You will be providing day-to-day administration of tasks including receiving applications for jobs and liaising with external customers. You'll be someone who able to think quickly, use their own initiative and be able to prioritise their time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

The role also requires an excellent telephone manner, as you will be dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls, often involving senior decision makers and Directors.

You'll be someone who will fit the 'can do - will do' culture and most importantly fit the culture fit working with the existing team ... someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and be a team player.

Training will be provided as you will be undertaking full support for the attraction, recruitment and on boarding of professional contractors - this will include undertaking

-security clearances
-re-formatting documents
- ensuring all compliance procedures for new recruits are logged, scanned and filed electronically
- chasing contractors for any outstanding documentation such as visas and security checks -and so much more!

You'll be a confident communicator, able to work at pace, be organised and able to prioritise.
