Receptionist/Administrator
Temp to Perm
£11.00 per hour
Part Time - Monday-Friday (10am-3.30pm)
Are you looking for a Receptionist position to start ASAP. Are you an enthusiastic character with a positive "can do" attitude?
You will be the first point of contact for clients, so we want someone who will make a good first impression... as well as carrying out Admin tasks.
The role will involve...
*General Reception duties, including meeting & greeting clients, taking calls and messages, directing calls, making drinks for clients etc.
*Tracking parcels on behalf of Clients and reporting back
*Adhoc Admin duties, including sending of copies of documents as requested, inputting orders, filing, shredding.
We are seeking someone who will....
*Provide outstanding client care, whilst maintaining a friendly but very professional approach in both appearance and attitude.
*Excellent communication and competent administrator
*Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver support to the business.
