We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our prestigious client in Redditch. You will be providing a front of house service as well as providing general admin support to HR and other areas as required.

Redditch - B98
£20,00 - £23,000 (dep on experience)
Working Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Are you an experienced Receptionist with good admin skills?


As Receptionist you will be:

*Handling and transferring inbound calls as well as meeting and greeting visitors
*Providing general Admin Support
*Ordering supplies and stationary
*Booking meeting rooms and diary management
*Keeping track of staff holidays, absenteeism and which staff are working form home

The ideal candidate will be:

*Well presented and professional with previous Receptionist experience
*Have good all-round Admin and organisational skills
*Possess excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
