The successful candidate will be working within the healthcare sector, you will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player who has the ability to deal with people face2face and over the phone.

You will offer support, guidance and have genuine compassion to others as you will be the point of contact for patients.

We require you to have:-
*Excellent communication skills and a calming nature with the ability to answer high volume calls
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
*Administration skills as you will be dealing with confidential information
*Ability to deal with people of all levels both within the business and 3rd parties
*Working within strict frameworks and ensuring these are followed regarding confidential information
*Ability to cover in various surgeries around Solihull

This role is office based and is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Full training will be offered to ensure that the correct guidelines are being used.
