Our client is a private medical clinic in Solihull. They are seeking an experienced medical receptionist or dental receptionist to join them.

£20,475 - £22,915 Solihull, B93 - parking available on site

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

You would be required to work until 8pm 1 Wednesday in 4

*Are you an experienced Receptionist from a medical environment and used to working under pressure in a client facing role?
*Do you have an excellent communication skill and confident answering a high volume of calls?
*Able to juggle tasks and survive interruptions?

As an experienced Receptionist from a medical or dental environment you will be providing an outstanding front of house service to visitors, ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times and patient confidentiality is key.

The role:
*Meeting and greeting Clients and visitors
*Answering a high volume of calls with a polite and professional telephone manner.
*Dealing with day to day queries and acting accordingly
*Updating Private Patient systems
*Referring any enquiries and rebooking cancellations

You will:
*Have Receptionist and switchboard experience gained in a medical or dental environment
*Be I.T. Literate and confident with software systems
*Portray a professional "can do" attitude to clients/patients at all levels ensuring confidentiality at all times.
*A team player that deals with things in a calm and supportive manner

You will possess great communication skills and be able to multi-task as no day is ever the same
