Our client is a well-established and well respected property company with an impressive and extensive portfolio of high quality residential and commercial properties under direct ownership.

We are seeking an experienced Property/Lettings Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our client's portfolio and to ensure statutory compliance is upheld and maintained.

The role will involve:

Meeting Clients and presenting suitable properties for viewing and seeing the lettings process through to completion.
Liaising with external contractors and obtaining quotes to carry out maintenance and appropriate safety checks.
Attending regular property inspections and preparing repairs & maintenance reports.
Handling the tenancy contract administration, taking deposits and ensuring all records and in house systems are updated accordingly.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have:

Previous experience in a Property/Lettings environment and up to date knowledge of the up to date compliance within the lettings market.
A confident and friendly approach with excellent communication and Customer Service skills and a genuine interest in Client's property requirements.
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work within a small professional team.
