URGENT REQUIREMENT
12 month contract with strong possibility of becoming permanent

You would be working with a fabulous global organisation that provides an amazing service to the medical sector.


It's a varied and very interesting role where you would be working with a fabulous small team, providing PA support to the General Manager of UK and Ireland as well as supporting the marketing team with organising events and client meetings.


The role will involve...

*Providing PA support, co-ordinating meetings and data as well as making travel arrangements
*Preparing presentations, taking and distributing minutes, following up action points
*Liaising with 3rd party Events organisation regarding exhibitions and conferences

We need someone who....
*Has strong organisational skills and has the confidence to work well independently
*has great I.T. skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint...Knowledge of Power B I or Tableau would be amazing.
*Someone who is proactive, has a positive attitude, be happy to work collaboratively with other members of the team and be relied upon to get things done.
