Our client is an independent and very successful group of companies that has a Service Centre in Redditch. We are seeking an organised and dedicated Administrator to support the Manager in the day to day running of the Service Centre. You will be co-ordinating and liaising with all other areas of the business ensuring operations run smoothly.

Your role will be at the heart of the business, liaising with the sales, quality and warehouse teams, delivering seamless admin support. Including handling correspondence, diary management and completing Excel spreadsheets.

*Are you familiar with Accounts Administration and Ledger entries? And naturally numeric, as you will be co-ordinating monthly profit figures.
*You will also be doing the day to day HR admin, including issuing contracts and recording payroll information
*You will also be handling correspondence, diary management and completing Excel spreadsheets. As well as providing a friendly welcome to visitors to the Shared service Centre.
