Do you have Order Processing skills? Enjoy a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and great Customer Service skills are key?

Supplying the construction industry, you will be ensuring that all customer orders are placed and managed to company procedures and standards, and to act as the main point of contact for customers, dealing with any queries they may have.

The role will involve:

*Using the CRM system, placing orders for clients
*Reviewing, monitoring and tracking orders through to delivery
*Handling enquiries and providing excellent Customer Service
*Building strong working relationships with internal and external customers

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate:

*A genuine passion for Customer Service
*First class communication skills both verbally and written
*Strong attention to detail and accurate administrative skills.
