PA/Office Manager
Redditch
£30-40,000 depending on experience
Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) - Office based

We are seeking a general all- rounder to work as Office Manager as well as someone who can provide PA to support the Director for a growing and very successful family run business in Redditch.
You will be:-
* PA to the MD - Full admin/secretarial support, diary management, arranging flights/hotels etc.
* Looking after one member of staff working in internal sales
* Dealing with proposals, production of reports and proposals
* Organising meetings and ensuring all documentation required is to hand
* Ensuring that customer sales and databases are up to date
Your CV will demonstrate experience of working within a similar role and ideally knowledge of working within an internal sales environment.
We need someone who has:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Self motivated with strong administration/PA skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable by nature with a good sense of humour
