Location: Solihull
Salary: £25k - £28k (dependent on experience) + Excellent holiday entitlement and free parking.
Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Our client is a well-established family run construction company that manage both new build and refurbishment projects. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager to look after a small, but expanding, administration team, ensuring that they meet and exceed the needs of both their long established Client base as well as new customers.

The role:
You will be managing a team of 3 administrators, ensuring they provide a first class back office support to the operational side.

As well as overseeing the administration for the tenders, you will be ensuring that the administrative work within the business is meeting first class standards.

No doubt there is room for process improvements and we need someone who will see the "bigger picture" and look to implement a continuous improvement culture.

You will have a pivotal role within the office, building relationships with the clients, dealing with sales enquiries, liaising with sub-contractors and handling small projects works.

The person:

The successful candidate will be a confident and self-motivated leader with a professional approach.

Experience gained in the Construction industry would be hugely beneficial, along with knowledge of tenders.

You will have strong organisational skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise and a keen eye for detail.

It goes without saying you will have lots of initiative, great IT skills and a confident user of Microsoft packages.
