We are delighted to support the recruitment for an Office Administrator for an Award winning independent Estate and Letting Agency.

You will be supporting the Senior Partner and the team of Valuers and Viewers to ensure the systems, the processes and the administrative responsibilities run efficiently, effectively and smoothly.

No doubt you will have experience gained in a previous administrative/secretarial role.

You will have super Microsoft skill as well as copy and audio typing. You will be using an in house system (Jupix) and preparing letters and sales particulars from audio tapes.

Your role will be varied from arranging energy performance certificates to purchasing office stationery and maintaining the register of property keys.

No doubt you will have first class organisation skills so that bookings for viewings, valuations, recording feedback and ensuring the in-house system is up-to-date is carried out .

This role will suit a well-organised and efficient administrator with secretarial skills and a real sense of pride and achievement in knowing that all aspects of administration are in a safe pair of hands.

You will be someone who truly enjoys being relied on and trusted to get things done, to anticipate what the Senior Partner and the team of Valuers and Viewers need to ensure they can do their role.
