We are seeking an Office Administrator for a senior role in a well-respected and established charity dealing with animal welfare.

As well as being a natural lover of animals you will be an experienced all-round confident and capable Administrator with leadership skills and experience. You'll be working in glorious surroundings in modern offices close to Birmingham Airport.

This is a newly created post.

You'll be heading up a team of dedicated administration and reception staff and be responsible for implementing, monitoring the services, the processes and systems from Health and Safety to Reception Cover are all carried out to the highest standards including ensuring members of the team deliver a high level of customer care - consistently - both face-to-face and over the telephone.

It's a varied role - from liaising with the Marketing Team to ensuring the CRM and the website is kept up to date - so you'll need to be IT savvy.

The work schedule will involve weekend work on a rota basis and occasional overnight stays to cover members of the management team during their absence.

As this is a newly created role it's also a super opportunity to make it your own and offers someone with a genuine love of animals combined with awesome administration and customer service focus a brilliant opportunity to shine - as well as make a difference.
