Senior Mortgage Underwriter

If you're a professional Mortgage Underwriter with a wealth and breadth of professional experience, ideally with experience of adverse lending and all types of residential and re-mortgaging applications and confident in manual underwriting- this may be the perfect role for you.
You'll be working 35-hours a week and enjoy flexible hybrid working, doing a role you are confident in and enjoy as a competent and experienced Senior Mortgage Underwriter.
You'll be working for a leading, established and forward looking Building Society with a growing demand for mortgages across their portfolio.
You'll be part of a team of highly experienced Mortgage Underwriters and will be considering a broad range of mortgage applications.
Your CV and experience will clearly show your breadth of experience and evidence of approval of all types of self-employed, BTL, Self Build and assisted applications. As well as handling application from people with adverse credit and credit repair scenarios.
In addition we will be ideally seeking evidence of your experience with Complex Income, Retirement Interest Only, 2nd Charge lending and Bridging Finance and your ability to evaluate sets of Accounts.
