Experienced Lettings Negotiator
Solihull
Basic Salary - £25k
Our client is a long standing, family run residential Lettings Agency located in Solihull. They are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
*Previous lettings experience as a Lettings Negotiator or from another lettings role?
*Excellent communications skills and good time managemnt?
*Full UK driving licence, use of car and local knowledge?
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
*Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
*Arranging and carrying out viewings
*Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
*Maintaining regular contact with all landlords and tenants, making them aware of any new suitable properties
*Taking applications
*Carrying out all associated administration
*Preparing new properties for marketing … and much more!
It's a varied role so you will be someone who has a strong administrative background/organisational skills, with an excellent eye for detail.

*Well-presented and well-spoken
*Strong administration and IT skills
*An eye for detail and accuracy
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Flexible approach to working hours
