We have a number of new opportunities for experienced Legal Secretaries with oodles of experience and a can do attitude to join well-respected and established legal practices across Birmingham and Solihull.

You will be working with fee earners across commercial, conveyancing and private client disciplines.

Your well-presented CV will show that you have previous and extensive recent law firm experience, preferably in both contentious and non-contentious work

You will be able to work with accuracy and speed preparing lengthy and short legal documents such as correspondence and bills. You will receive your work from manuscript and digital dictation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

The firm uses the TIKIT case management system and Big Hand dictation for their legal work.

You will also have responsibilities to undertake diary and task management and provide general administrative support for busy fee earners.
As well as your legal administrative and secretarial experience, the company works to high professional standards so you will be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner and have good interpersonal and team working skills.

In addition your skills will be complemented by your adaptable and flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks for different teams.
