We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing Legal Secretary to join the local office of this expanding, well-respected Law firm. The role will be supporting the conveyancing team that takes great pride in their Customer Service.


*A professional legal secretary with residential conveyancing experience?
*Fast, accurate typing skills?
*Motivated to work to deadlines?


You will be a valuable member of this friendly, busy department, involved in various responsibilities, so it is essential you will have -

- experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role
- a professional and polite manner to handle all incoming enquiries
- confidence to act on instructions from a Solicitor
- carry out audio typing and process on-line Land Registry applications and SDLT forms
- the ability to prioritise and track tasks to strict deadlines

You will have working knowledge of the online portals and associated paperwork, an approachable manner and strong attention to detail when completing tasks.

The hours are Monday - Friday 9.00-5.30
