Customer Service/IT Support Specialist
Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site)
£14.00 ph (£27,664pa)
Hours: 38 per week (flexi hours)
We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused IT Support Specialist to join a friendly, fast-growing team.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in — you’ll fit right in.
Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.
What You’ll Do
- Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems
- Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and regular check-ins
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
- Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers
- Work closely with teams across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Great communication and people skills
- Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face)
- Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy)
- Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning
