This is a fabulous opportunity to join a progressive and forward thinking organisation.

As one of their telesales account managers, you will be managing your own client base of accounts. Making regular outbound calls to take customers weekly orders whilst maximising the opportunity by up selling promotional or new lines and offers. You will be their main point of contact and therefore naturally develop your relationship and rapport with your clients by handling queries and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will ideally have telesales experience, good customer service and negotiation skills and used to working in a targeted environment towards KPI's. Alternatively they will consider someone perhaps from retail who is used to a targeted environment

You will also have the rapport and relationship building skills to build ongoing relationships with regular clients. We need someone who is a strong and confident communicator who naturally builds good relationships over the phone.
