We're seeking a proactive and well organised Recruitment professional to work as an Internal Recruitment Advisor of a an award winning organisation.

You will be providing high quality recruitment support across the business in recruitment for technical, creative and support roles.

Working with key stakeholders such as Directors and reporting to the HR Manager you will provide updates on recruitment activities in their individual skill areas of responsibility.

In a nutshell your key tasks and responsibilities will include building strong relationships and ensuring active liaison with recruitment agencies both in the UK and across Europe.

This role will really suit someone who has extensive recruitment and talent acquisition experience ideally gained from working with technical and creative talent.

We're looking for someone who has the appetite to research alternative media, PR and advertising techniques to enable to broaden the organisations recruitment reach.

As the organisation runs a sponsorship scheme you will need to liaise with the Home Office and other immigration agencies relating to visa and licence applications where necessary. In addition As part of your role you will negotiate and agree terms and conditions with newly appointed agencies and ensure that all applicants and/or agencies are responded to in a timely manner.

As well as organising face to face or remote web based interviews and associated duties you will also look after the graduate programme and when life resumes to normal attending recruitment fairs, working alongside Universities and ideally one day the Company would like to extend their recruitment programme into schools.

Your recruitment expertise will be matched by your fabulous organisational skills and Microsoft Office know how (there are a lot of spreadsheets and record keeping!).
