Our client is a rapidly growing and very successful family run manufacturing business employing around 50 staff. Previously they have used a HR Consultancy service, however due to growth, they are now looking to employ an experienced HR Manager.

Salary £36k - £40k (May consider Part time)

It's a fabulous opportunity to be involved in shaping the culture and promoting company values. As well as setting up HR systems and processes and making the job your own. You will be responsible for:

*Reviewing and streamlining policies and procedures
*Recruitment , onboarding and revisiting existing Job Descriptions
*Looking at the existing appraisal system and training plans
*Providing knowledge, advice and support in all HR related issues
*Ensure all employees are following H & S Procedures

The ideal person will have:

*CIPD Level 5 qualified
*Gained experience within a manufacturing environment
*Ability to guide and support Line Managers
*Excellent communication skills at every level and a proactive, positive approach
*IOSH Certificate would be beneficial
