We've a super opportunity for a system and process driven HR Administrator/Assistant ideally qualified to CIPD level 3 to join a privately owned 120+ employee organisation based in the town of Warwick.

No doubt you'll be a proactive and well organised with previous experience of providing high quality administrative support helping to ensure statutory compliance in all its HR activities is maintained.

You'll be working in a small team and working work closely with the friendly HR Manager in an informal,but professional working environment.

On a day to day basis you will -

·Act as point of contact for general HR queries providing administrative information/advice where possible and escalating issues to the HR Manager as required.

·Arrange return to work meetings following employee sickness

·Collate sickness data and other performance related HR data

·Arrange leavers meetings and prepare documentation

·Arrange review meetings ... and so much more!

From scanning documentation to diarising fixed term contract meetings to responding to to mortgage, tenancy and other reference requests - your supersonic administration, organisation and prioritisation will be just perfect for the role!
