Salary £25,000 - £32,000 dep on experience + four day week!! + fabulous bonus + Parking + food!
Hours: 08.00am - 6.00pm Mon - Thurs Long weekends are the norm!

They supply a fabulous piece of Software to their Clients which does everything! Including CRM, Marketing, updating Social Media, e-mail management and much, much more….

The role will involve:

*On-boarding Clients with the software
*Online training
*Migrating data from previous system
*Offering continued help and support

We are seeking:

*Someone who is totally Client focused and will deliver Customer Support that is second to none!
*Someone who is technically astute, who picks up new Software with ease
*Someone with an engaging personality who really enjoys talking to people, who is naturally helpful and eager to please.
*You'll have the balance between customer service and IT knowledge and passion!
