Accounts Administrator
Part time - 5 - 10 hours/week flexible on days (may increase hours in time)

We're seeking an administrator to support a local charity for an ongoing temporary assignment.

You'll be working as part of a small team and shown what to do...

Updating weekly and monthly expenditure records
Raising Purchase Orders, invoices and monitoring payments
Assisting the Financial Manager in preparing material for the Year end audit
Processing payments and entering new members onto the data base and sending out membership packs

What's really important is the ability to work in harmony with a conscientous and friendly team of people in an organisation with purpose.

No doubt you'll be very personable and friendly with a professional demeanour and have the confidence to support the Finance Manager of this excellent charitable organisation.
