We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain performance. It's a new role for the company and you will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll gather and interpret complex datasets, uncover trends, and deliver visually engaging reports that empower leaders to make smarter decisions, faster. You are able to work from either Birmingham or Bristol.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Collecting, validating, and analysing data from the European supply chain ensuring accuracy and       integrity.
•    Producing insightful reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify opportunities for   improvement.
•    Solving operational challenges through root-cause analysis and data-driven recommendations.
•    Collaborating with stakeholders across Northern Europe to enhance service delivery and supply chain efficiency.
•    Driving continuous improvement and contributing to strategic projects.

What we’re looking for:

•    Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mind-set.
•    Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
•    Strong communication skills – able to present and bring data to life for a variety of audiences.
•    High attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Self-motivated with an enquiring mind, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
•    Experience in using SQL and database knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
