We are currently seeking Customer Service Administrators with exceptional communication skills to handle incoming enquires and manage bookings. Previous experience not necessary for this role...

*Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Working a 3 week rolling rota covering 8.30-5.00, 9.00-5.30 & 9.30-6.00 (Mon - Fri) + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00-12.00

You will be required to:
* Process booking requests from clients using in-house system.
* Ability to take inbound calls and manage emails
* Someone who can multi-task and keep all parties up to date with the booking
* Covering emails and auctioning any urgent notes received
* Quick learner and good at picking up systems and processes
* Ambitious to develop professionally in an exciting, well-respected and thriving organisation?

We require you to have:
* Previous working experience within administration and customer service
* Knowledge of problem solving
* Strong organisation skills to process your own workload
* An excellent telephone manner and good working knowledge of various packages

You will be receiving calls from drivers involved in an accident and assisting them through the whole Claims process...organising replacement vehicles and dealing with repair shops and solicitors and seeing the claim through to resolution.
