Customer Service Representative

Monday - Friday 8.00AM - 4.00PM
Working within a busy dealership in Coalville for a global company, we require a strong Customer Service Representative with front of house knowledge who has previous experience of working within a similar environment. You will have a friendly and helpful nature and always put the customer first.
You will be responsible for:-
*Managing the main reception area being the first point of contact for all customers
*Contacting customers to arrange maintenance/MOT's for vehicles
*Updating customers with regards to the status of repairs or work required
*Offer excellent after service care, ensuring that all customers are contacted and any complaints dealt with.
We are seeking people who:-
*Have previous experience of working within a dealership
*Thrive within a busy and varied role with the ability to prioritise and work methodically
*Have strong Administration and Customer Service experience
If you are immediately available for a 1 year fixed term contract then this could be the role for you.
