This is an exciting NEW role to join an organisation with an international presence at their well-located modern offices in Warwick.

Working with a team of customer service professionals you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal & external customers.

As the interface you will not only have superb customer service values and skills but also a high attention to detail and be able to work in a highly compliant way - in a regulated environment.

You will not be dealing with the routine ... your specialist role will be responsible for non-standard cases and working with customer and clients to achieve great levels of service and customer satisfaction.

As the immediate support to the Manager you will have a fabulous background working in financial services and first class interpersonal and communication skills.

Your attitude and aptitude will be outstanding - including your interpersonal and communication skills as well as possessing excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills.

This role will only suit high performers who is focussed on the delivery of world class customer service.
