CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK CO-ORDINATOR
BROMSGROVE
£22,000 - £24,000 + PARKING + 20 days holiday + Bank hols (Increasing to 25 after 2 years)
MON - FRI 9.00-5.00 FULL TIME OFFICE BASED

We're seeking a talented individual who is used to a fast paced environment. Someone who is reactive and can 'hit the ground running' arranging and organising engineers for emergency call outs and planned maintenance.

You'll be the central pin to a smooth and responsive service...from despatching Engineers to ensuring your customers are kept fully informed of fault resolution progress.

In a nutshell:
*You will be the first point of contact for business customers who are seeking your assistance to arrange for engineers to deal with maintenance and repair call outs.
*You will be delivering a first class Customer Service to a loyal customer base requiring immediate support and exceeding their expectations.
*You'll have real 'telephone personality' and engage with customers to provide and process in response to not only their enquiries - but also respond and deal with concerns and request about products and service.
