Do you have a strong background within Customer Service and are confident in answering a high volume of inbound telephone calls?

We're seeking well-spoken Customer service professionals to work within Financial Services. You will be receiving inbound calls from Mortgage Brokers and responding to their queries and enquiries. Once 3 month training period is complete hybrid/Working from home is available.

Mon -Fri 9.00am-5.00pm
25 Days holiday + stats - rising with length of service
£22,445 rising to £24,380 after a successful 6 month probationary period
+ excellent pension scheme + benefits

Joining a busy department, you will be receiving a high call volume of calls from Mortgage Brokers regarding a wide range of products (Training given)

The ideal candidate will have:
* A background in Financial Services ideally from a Bank of Building Society
*Some knowledge of Mortgages would be helpful
*A confident and professional telephone manner and a natural drive to offer exceptional Customer Service.
*Used to working in a busy, fast paced environment.
*Typically you would be working 4 days on the phone and 1 day spent doing Admin, so attention to detail is important.
*Credit checks will be taken prior to interview.


Your CV will clearly show work history and evidence of working with a customer service environment, ideally telephone based, used to problem solving, you will be a confident communicator and able to hit the floor running. Experience in Banking or Financial Services would be a great advantage
