Our client is a well-respected Financial Services organisation, specialising in banking. They are based in fabulous offices in Edgbaston. We are seeking a team of 5 experienced Customer Service Advisors to make outbound calls to current clients, to ensure the information held is accurate (Data cleansing).

You will be making around 50 calls per day, therefore we are seeking people with a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You will be a confident customer service professional with a CV showing your experience of working in a telephone based role as you will be making a high volume of outbound telephone calls to customers of the Bank.

The shift patterns will be on a flexible basis - and rotate every 3 weeks

Monday - Friday

0900 - 1700 hours
1000 - 1800 hours
1100 - 1900 hours

One in 3 Saturdays
0900 - 1300 hours

As part of the recruitment process you will undertake a Credit Check and an application for a DBS (no charges will be made); you will also need to provide details of who we can obtain up-to-date employment references from.
