We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service professional to join our well-established, successful global business based in bright and modern well-located offices in Redditch
You will be processing customer orders for Spare parts, received by e-mail and telephone, ensuring on-time delivery as well as handling any queries arising in the process.
*Experience gained in a customer service and possess a true 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic?
*Natural communicator who enjoys engaging with Customers and resolving issues.
*Knowledge of SAP would be fabulous!
This could be the role you're seeking!
*You'll be processing orders for spare parts using SAP system
*Liaising with Customers and suppliers and delivering excellent service
*Issuing purchase Orders and processing invoices
