We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors with exceptional communication skills to handle insurance claims. Previous insurance experience not necessary...

*Hours: 40 hours per week. Between 8am-7pm (Mon - Fri) + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00AM-3.00PM

Must be confident communicators with strong customer service skills.

You will be receiving calls from drivers involved in an accident and assisting them through the whole Claims process...organising replacement vehicles and dealing with repair shops and solicitors and seeing the claim through to resolution.

You will be proud of your Customer Service skills with a passion for building relationships - as well as being someone who can follow processes, take ownership, accountability and is a genuine team player.
