We are currently recruiting an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor to join a small and friendly team within a successful and expanding Fleet Management business...with fabulous opportunities for progression.

Working in a very busy environment this is the perfect position for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with strong Admin skills. You will be someone who takes pride in their work and is motivated by providing a professional service whether it's building relationships with clients, handling queries through to resolution or processing quotes - Everything to ensure that during the lease of their vehicle, things run smoothly.

Your day-to-day duties will include involve administration of financial contracts, advising and generally providing the highest level of customer care, support and service.

No doubt you will be someone who -

- has a professional and a friendly approach and confident telephone manner
- is used to working in a busy environment and good at prioritising
- seeks to understand customer issues and how best to resolve
- has fabulous communication skills both written and verbal

You'll be a clear communicator (both over the telephone and sending email communications) and you'll enjoy helping customers with factual product information.

You'll have a bright and positive 'will do' attitude which complements your ability to take responsibility and work with autonomy as part of a dynamic and friendly team.

Experience in Fleet Management or Contract Hire would be very helpful or perhaps Banking, Financial Services or insurance? - more important is your Customer Service skills and delight in working in a busy fast-paced environment as part of a great team.
