We're seeking a customer service professional to join the friendly team in a successful established and independent established company with a national presence in supplying stockists in the automotive industry.

You'll be responsible for delivering the Customer Service elements of an online Ordering Platform and will be responsible for -

Ensuring efficient order processing via online platforms.
Inputting purchase order details
Promptly identifying and rectifying any ordering errors.
Liaising between our delivery partner to deal with any enquiries.
Answering client enquiries relating to orders via telephone and email.

These enquiries will include (but will not be limited to):

oLost login details.
oOrdering errors.
oProving clarification regarding delivery time expectations.
oCorrecting delivery errors and shortages.
oInterrogating Proof of Delivery documentation to identify and resolve delivery errors.
oArranging returns for credit ... and so much more!

You'll be a natural communicator with a friendly manner and able to build long term rapport to ensure the smooth development of the online ordering platform.

No doubt your will have have a professional telephone manner and possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

You'll be proud of your proven customer care experience with the ability to deal with queries and complaints as well as your attention to detail to ensure orders are processed accurately.
