Looking for an ongoing role with an immediate start?

Our client is a well respected supplier to opticians on a national basis. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join the friendly team in well-located modern offices.

The role is varied and busy and will involve:

Responding to enquiries from customers and resolving their queries
Investigating issues and resolving any problems relating to orders
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times and working within KPI's

The role is on a temporary basis and working towards a 12-month fixed term contract giving a strong potential to become permanent.

The hours of work are set out below -

Mon - Fri 9.00-5.00
Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00-5.00
Plus 1 in 8 Sundays 10.00-4.00
N.B. you would have a day off in the week, when weekends are worked.

If you are driven by providing exceptional Customer Service and have experience within the optical industry, perhaps having worked for an opticians or a lens manufacturer that would be a distinct advantage.

A proactive, self motivated and team orientated approach are essential for this role, along with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
