Full time - Hybrid working - 3 days working from home

This well-established training and assessment organisation require a first class administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their assessment team.
You will be first point of contact for customers taking qualifications/assessments and there to offer support and advice.

The role will involve:

*Respond to the needs of the customer and provide support, information and guidance
*Building strong relationships and working closely with your customers to ensure schedules and key activities are met
*Preparation of all documentation required for final grading
*Planning activities and projects in advance and managing time effectively

We require you to have:

*A strong administrative and customer service background to include strong Word and Excel skills
*An organised approach with a keen eye for details as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and high level of customer service both over the phone, email and face to face
