We are seeking the ultimate customer focussed, organised, competent, resilient and conscientious Customer Service Advisor for an established and ambitious organisation in the luxury end of the construction industry.

This is no ordinary Customer Service role - this is the ultimate in Customer Service dealing with high net worth clients with high expectations.

We're seeking someone who wants to be the best - to feel proud to represent an organisation that has exceptional standards of excellence.

You will be dealing with a range of queries, routine and one-off tasks and liaising with internal and external clients - representing the highest standards of service delivery and positive culture of a privately owned company with a passion for being the best.

Your role will involve

*Responding customer queries over the phone and via email
*Updating query database
*Diary management of Customer Relations Managers and New Homes Technicians;
*Invoice management;
*Ability to professionally deal with complaints;
*Committed to seeing a task through to completion by managing third partie

You'll be someone who -

- is able to think quickly, use their own initiative and be able to prioritise their time effectively to ensure deadlines are met - as well as having a high level of IT competency, ability to use systems and great attention to detail skills.

- is a confident communicator, able to work at pace, be organised and able to prioritise.
