Due to continued growth a well-respected and established law firm with offices close to Star City has new opportunities for Conveyancing Secretaries/Administrators to support 2 Conveyancing Executives

You will have demonstrable knowledge of the conveyancing process as well as secretarial skills.

You will be someone who is able to work with accuracy and speed by acting on instructions of a conveyancing executive, audio typing/document processing large and small legal documents, including correspondence and bills, from manuscript or digital dictation.

No doubt your CV will show previous recent law firm experience in a similar role requiring knowledge of Land Registry applications, SDLT forms, etc.

You'll have experience of a case management system (TIKIT ideally) and audio typing skills are essential.

Ideally this will be a full-time role (35 hours per week) however, the client will consider applications from individuals looking for flexible working.
