£11.00 - £12.00 per hour
37 HOURS PER WEEK - 08.30-5.00 MONDAY - THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 4.30PM FINISH - 1 hour lunch

Our client is currently going through a re-branding project, therefore seeking a strong Administrator to assist with rebranding their documents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Word, Excel and Power point skills and be capable of the following duties:

*Able to create and reformat Word documents (including working with styles, headers and footers, automatically updating tables of contents, section breaks, page numbers)
*Able to reformat PowerPoint presentations (including use of themes and Slide Master)
*Able to communicate with colleagues via email
*Understanding of working on and saving shared documents in SharePoint
